Dry Jameed Baladi

It is a form of dried and acidified dairy product that is frozen to scald and stewed or stewed. Its use is widespread in Jordan, Palestine and northern Saudi Arabia, especially by the Bedouins [1] because of the ease of preserving it for long periods, and it is considered the main component of Jordan's national dish, Mansaf.
